We all want to write something. We have something we want to say like blog or jot down some notes but we are often faced with a mental block. So much noise and resistance. So much uncertainty. We overthink our simplest ideas. We want to be the best version of ourselves from the first blog post. We want to be Hemingway from the first couple of lines we write: that is the reason we never write anything or we never try to create anything at all. Who said you are going to be perfect? And what does writing perfectly mean? That you write what exactly? That you create what exactly? By aiming for perfection you are only stabbing yourself, blocking yourself. What’s the alternative? Put your work out there, trust that what you are doing is good enough and that your voice is unique. That’s all.
